Custom assets, scripts, and creative works produced specifically for MIAMI CITY remain the intellectual property of the MIAMI CITY development team.
Participation in roleplay involves interaction with other users. MIAMI CITY does not monitor all real-time interactions and is not responsible for the conduct of individuals within the server.

While we strive for unmatched performance, MIAMI CITY provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding server uptime or data persistence. We reserve the right to modify or suspend services without prior notice.
Financial contributions (Donations) are voluntary and are used to support server infrastructure. These are non-refundable.
