This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and MIAMI CITY. By connecting to our servers, using our website, or participating in our community via platforms like Discord, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of MIAMI CITY services.
Exploiting, cheating, or using external software to gain an advantage is strictly prohibited. Zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind within our digital ecosystem.
Forceful roleplay that leaves no choice for others or using out-of-character information for in-game advantage will result in an immediate suspension.
Random Deathmatch and Vehicle Deathmatch are prohibited. Every hostile action must have valid roleplay reasoning.
Upon death, your character forgets the events leading to their demise. Returning to the scene is forbidden.
MIAMI CITY is a Serious Roleplay environment. We expect all players to remain in character at all times.
MIAMI CITY and its staff are not responsible for any lost digital assets, in-game progress, or technical issues resulting from server downtime, hardware failure, or software bugs. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We collect minimal data (Discord ID, IP Address) purely for authentication and security purposes. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
